OFFICE HOURS AND SCHEDULING

Our office is open Monday through Thursday and every other Friday as listed below.

Monday             8:30am to 5:00pm
Tuesday             7:30am to 4:00pm
Wednesday      8:30am to 5:00pm
Thursday          7:30am to 4:00pm

Friday                 8:30am to 4:00pm (Every other Friday)

We do our best to keep our schedule on time.
Please help us by being on time for your appointment.
If you need to reschedule we appreciate a 48 hour notice by phone or email.
 

CHECK IN

We request if this is your first time to our office, please arrive 15 minutes before the appointment time to fill out the necessary paper work for your child. Also, please bring your current dental insurance card with you.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

To keep our schedule running smoothly, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may be rescheduled so other patients are not inconvenienced.

 

NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS

Your appointment time is very important to help accommodate everyone. If you do not come or notify us that you need to reschedule, you will be charged a nominal fee and receive a written notice in the mail.
